ELS effectively launched operations in India in October 2011, establishing its headquarters in Chennai. With this in place, ELS aims to open counseling centers in all major Indian cities within the next few years. Students from anywhere in India can avail of our services through remote counseling.
ELS-certified counselors with advanced international degrees will meet interested students and help them find suitable universities abroad, based on their academic history, goals, program interests, and financial resources. ELS India will assist students with their university selection, document processing, and acceptance notification. All this is done at no cost to the applicant.
ELS Educational Services also operates ELS Language Centers in 55+ locations internationally. It is the largest network of university campus-based English language instruction centers in the world. Indian students can study English at one of these Centers should they need to gain additional proficiency prior to beginning their university studies. More than 600 North American colleges and universities accept the completion of an advanced ELS level as proof of English proficiency for admission purposes.
