Tee Lek Duyckinck Ying – Center Director
Tee Lek was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. Since completing his studies at Stony Brook University, he has spent six years in China in instructional and supervisory roles. In addition to education, Tee Lek’s interests include photography, ethics, economics and intellectual property.
Steven J. O’Loughlin – Academic Director
Steve was born in Simsbury, Connecticut and earned his degree at the University of Connecticut. Before coming to ELS, he worked and studied at Tongji University in Shanghai. In his free time, Steve enjoys learning Chinese and running.
Stephanie Morel – Teacher
Stephanie earned her Master’s Degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from Michigan State University. Before teaching at ELS in Shanghai, she taught English in Michigan for four years. Stephanie enjoys learning about other cultures and languages, art and cooking.
